　　establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities that lead to the planning, preparation and delivery of instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.

　　utilize a variety of learning materials and resources that meet students＇ varying needs.

　　instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment and utilize relevant technology to support instruction.

　　督导学生使用学习材料和教学器材，并应用相关技术来支持教学。

　　observe and evaluate each student＇s performance; and through the use of class work, homework, tests and assignments maintain accurate and complete records of each student’s progress and development.

　　communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues and parents regarding student progress and student needs.
